I have researched the Mini windows for hardware items but from a build perspective, the Mini opening has parallel top and bottom guides making sliding windows easy to install.

I searched for 20 minutes for that thread and couldn't find it - it popped up straightaway on Google. Some really useful information, thanks. He attached extra guides top and bottom when he probably could have got away with just one, which is probably the way I'll go.
