Gav, I'd be more concerned about taking the car on a run, what happens when you go inside the pub/cafe for a drink and a toddler notices the shiny pipes - it all happens very quickly as you probably know. Or a "well healed type" leans over to inspect the gauges? Lawsuit.

Where did you get them coated. Mine are polished and look good, but they have left a nice little reminder on my nkle about not getting too close to them.
Thinking might leave them there and do a undercar system, but first I have to change all the springs as they are too soft.
