Well this post has thrown up some interesting points.
From my perspective, at least, I'm getting more than just pre-lube-I'm also having the advantage of an oil accumulator to help when dropping oil pressure during speed events etc.
I know and understand all...well most of the arguments but coming from a family of aeronautical engineers & old skool ones at that you just can't beat wearing elastic waisted trousers with a belt AND braces. If you catch my drift
