Default What would you pay?

Hi all, bit of a left of field question here.
But what would you pay someone to assemble a kit car?
I will use a Pace as an example, because it appears to be the most comprehensive kit out there, with the least amount of "tweaking" to put one together.
So I am talking purely to assemble the car, not paint it, not put it through compliance, not buy parts. Purely to have owner and or supplier supply everything, and I put it together.
Happy to work with owner and organise painting while assembling (but that is at owners cost)

I haven't checked, but does Pace offer this as an option?

I am just thinking future retirement income, all through the books with tax receipt.

Or cashie.
