Great news.....apart from a few small, easily rectified issues，my Cobra has passed engineering testing. Booked in for the IM240 test on Monday，February 1st....then assuming a successful pass my application goes into VicRoads for a VIN.

2-4 weeks later and I can apply for registration and put the plates on. Happy days!
