Thanks Towy,
I thought they were around the 1000 kg mark or 2200lbs, i watched that video of the superformance cars [ i think] qtr mile drag times and their cobra weighed 2200 lbs and ran 11.5 ish.
My car runs a little quicker than that but i have to haul about 2650 lbs without my 110 kgs in it.
Always interested in power to weight ratios and Johns car should be very quick if he can get power to the ground.
Now if only i could get my car to Jenny Craig to shed 450 lbs%/

Waz announced at nationals last year AP would do a straight swap for anyone wanting to trade in a DRB. Mind you, he wasn't actually working for them then....

Count me in Wazza. :3DSMILE:

I'm thinking a Pace 427 with alloy brushed finish body , Coyote with 8 stack ,6 spd manual. Riding on 15inch BRM knock ons and Avon tyres. Leather black seats and a black leather clad dash, 8 ball gauges with chrome rings......nah I haven't thought about it much......

Wazza 01-17-2015 04:23 PM

I'm just checking...this thread was "playing up" on my computer...keeps showing as "unread" when there's nothing new on it...thought this might unblock it.

testing testing !!

Cheers,
Warren

The whole Cobra site has been wonky on my computer for the past three or four weeks. Lots of "Service not Found" messages, among other things.

Me too

albanycobra 01-19-2015 03:26 AM

Nuffin wrong here....all working fine my end

Donunder 01-19-2015 03:52 PM

Well I waited through the site's interminable slowness then I got a "This page cannot be displayed", then the usual terse "Service not Found", but I had to persevere -- on a matter of safety ... so I finally made it through.

I need new front tyres. My concrete-hard ten year old BFGs are causing me some concern and I've told Craig at Pace that I want some MT Sportsman STs to replace them. They're in stock but I'm trying to kill two birds with the one stone. I'm holding off going down the highway to Fortress Pace until they have one of the drool-inducing new alloy Pace 427s for me to admire and behold in all its glory. And for one's all alloy Pace, what better than this breathed on LS7 by Golen for its motivation? https://www.golenengineservice.com/e...hp-replacement (Download the spec sheet for all alloy body/ all alloy motor wet dream material). Oh to be wealthy. :(

Anyway Pace people, hurry up and bring one in. I need those tyres!! :D
