i was looking at the pics b4 and thought the same thing but thought let some other mug ask first lol :) maybe its like those magician rings that are joined but come apart lol..

The collector on the end was only to hold the pipes in position , and the flange on the head is split so I can split front 2 off rear 2.
I understand the confusion it was my fault for leaving the collector on .
