The series was made by Hanna-Barberra, an Aussie company responsible for the Flintstones and the Jetsons, even Scooby Doo I think.. still no clearer on what car is though..

Chris. You're thinking of Yoram Gross (painted frame like Disney) who did Blinky Bill, or the Kiwi mob (digital stuff) owned by Peter Jackson - lord of the Rings , etc.
