Bullnose Toploader extension housing
Hi guys,
I have a bullnose toploader with a long extension housing mated up to a 460BB. We have just done a trial fit into my cobra and we will end up with a tailshaft approx 9 inches long. Just wanting to know if there was ever a short extension housing and shaft available for these boxes or will I have to get a new shaft machined and shorten my existing housing to give me a longer tailshaft. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks, Andy. |

Do you have a live axle or IRS? If IRS, I wouldn't bother changing it... |

I've got a jag rear with a Ford 9" centre conversion, rough measurements suggest that with front yolk and rear uni joint, i will have about 40mm of actual tailshaft, just thought this might be a touch short. |
