Default Who has imported parts from the US?

I'm interested in finding the most economical way to ship parts from the US. Last year, I was trying to get some reasonable prices to ship a diff centre from Ohio, but the prices were out of control!!!!

I want to get 2 sets of axles, a diff carrier and centre section, along with a few other go-fast goodies over here ASAP. I'm wondering if it's cheaper to try FEDEX, UPS etc, or go with an Australian company....

Any ideas???

I send lots of stuff to Australia. I try to send it through the post office insured as it saves the UPS brokerage fees and higher shipping rates.

Hi Paula,
Thanks for the info. I'll have to look into the costs and services of the Post Offices over there. The axles and other driveline parts are on the way via the Australian Agent, so that's saved me a fair bit on freight, but I'll keep the Post Office in mind for next time.

Rest assured that Finish Line's reputation is just as impressive on this side of the world ! You and Enzo sure know how to keep your customers happy.

Hi Craig,

The great people at Finish line sent me over my filler cap and a pair of chrome AC badges. It came through Australia Post but I can't remember how much the freight was. The whole thing still worked out cheaper than I could get the parts locally and the exchange rate has improved since then.

Cheers
