Unhappy Wipers fitted and they work perfectly

They work but they won't park. What's wrong?

Exclamation its common.

hi fellow lexus owner its common for the wipers to over run and miss the park switch because the small wiper blades dont put enough load on the motor and momentum keeps it rolling past the park switch. or it may be wired wrong .
it is probly the bigest problem i see with cobras. and it depends on what switch you are using don at snake bite has the proper lucas switches and supplies a wiring diagram if you want.
his number is 07 5529 0877. he has just about anything you could want to finish a cobra . great quality gear.

regards Scott.

Hi guys

I have a copy of Dons wiring diagram if for any reason you cannot get onto him - Shelby400

I think I said that I used his set up which was all new. This replaced the old Morris setup I had.

You need the correct switch or use a toggle switch - three position - and just switch them off by hand when they reach the park position.

I did it that way on the previous RMC I had.

Give me a call on 0408 564448 and I will fax up the wiring diagram if you need it.

Cheers

Bernie
