Nope, that one is just a catch can. You put this one in line with your PCV circuit and it catches the oil vapour from your crank case and reduces the ammount drawn into the intake.
The accumulator that Jason is after is a tank that has a piston and spring or a pressurised bladder in side it. This is then connected to the high pressure oil feed from the engine oil pump. When the engine is running and the oil pump is pumping oil arround under pressure a certain amount is pushed into the accumulator tank. When the engine loses oil pressure for any reason ie the pumps pickup sucks in air the bladder or spring forces the stored oil from the tank into the motor. This takes up the slack for till the pump can get back on the job.
I guess it's an economical way to ensure you have good oil pressure regardless of cornering G forces etc. Much cheaper than a dry sump system anyway.
