Garrett,

Very nice Cobra - unique colour.

Not sure how you get past that b****y white post though.

Where did you get the front grill from and do you find it impedes the air flow (Gets pretty warm here in sunny QLD)?

Default Intercooler

PCC

Front grill is the intercooler, all seems to run cool with twin fans behind.

Car looks great and I really like that color. But what is the deal with that white post? Is that the most ingenious anti-theft device ever created?

Atomic batteries to power. Turbines to speed...

Good to see the Cobra at home in the Bat Cave.

I'll be wearing my underpants on the outside ready for Sunday's blast down the strip at Heathcote.

Cheers

Default Retractable Bollard

Chaplin, the post is a retractable bollard which locks into position when pulled up, like a ram rader poll.
Wanted to make it as hard as possible to take my car.

THanks for the coment

Good to see you back Les - on my own keeping the QLD end up.

Hey a garage is better than no garage - especially now the hail is coming over later tonight.

Hopping out for a quick spin for tea. Better keep ahead of that hail.

just better....

portofino blue ? looks like right hand drive and twin roll bars , correct ?

also, are those seats standard ? looks like perhaps some padded wide head restraints added to top of seats or affixed to the roll bars ?

enjoy the ride down under. bill, stateside , motown area

Thumbs up Security Bollard

Info on the retractable bollard is at http://www.polite.com.au

I selected the one that retracts into the ground as one that lifts out and knowing me it would have fallen over on the car.

This one is also still in the ground about 200mm.

Bernie, just me on Sunday, Hope its not raining.

Regards Garrett

Hi Garrett

All going well will see you on Friday at McDonald's Campbellfield.

Just finishing off a few things here on the car and have experienced some radiator problems but feel it is the thermo probe in the radiator hose.

Playing with it today to sort it out. Will also give the body a wipe over with 600 dry to clean it up. Looks average in white Gel coat but I am keen to give it a run anyway.

Pity would liked to have gone to Heathcote Park for a run today.

Ditto on the rain. Is there and water left up there.

Cheers

Bernie
