ac andy

Found you over here and know you are still around

Well mate just posted and told the guys whats happening at McDonald Bros. Racing

Rob Hamilton called in today and I put him to work, seeing he is good at aluminium work and plumbing.

I was cutting through the new engine footwell boxes aluminium to run my heater lines. Robs preety good at this type of work.

A job done in half the time.

Told the guys that Rob dropped the hood bows over. Unfortunately the
fu@#*+ trimmer has decided to take his kids away for two weeks.

He left tonight and has my finished torneau cover also in his factory.

Sorry Doug was dragged away to do the bows as it now appears that I could have waited. Then again I did order them at Ballarat swap meet in February.

Shows Dougs busy.

Rob tells me there is a Guardsman Blue painted car or partially painted car. Whats the colour look like.

Cheers

Bernie

Alvin,

Have a talk to the guys at Ozwheels in Sydney. They make a very nice 3 piece Halibrand replica for quite a bit less than these guys. I'm getting pin drive versions made for mine in 17x11 and 17x8 and they are about $700 to $750 each. Garrett (justbetter) got a set for his Superformance and they look awesome.

Cheers

Hi Alvin,

Are those wheels still for sale?

I'm currently building a DRB and was thinking of getting those wheels from Elite.

So far I've got the car on wheels. Frount and rear suspension rebuilt. Brakes nearly done, Diff rebuilt. Currently finishing off steering.

I live in Berwick. Are you close by? please say yes

I could use some advice from a fellow DRB owner.
