I have not confirmed the times reported in the "book" that came with my ERA. But heres the numbers:

Dynoed 675 h.p. with open headers. Lost 96 h.p. with sidepipes in place. Rear gear 3:31, top loader close ratio and 26" Mickey Thompson street tires.

11.92 at 121.75

The close ratio trans has a HIGH first gear. 62 mph at 6000 or so. Difficult to "launch" properly, tends to bog the motor or smoke the tires, your call.

,,,,and now with the new STICKY Big letter Goodyear bias ply's makes the clutch slip after a couple of burnouts.

Just back from the Fathers Day drag race special. I did indeed run what the seller of the car said it ran:

11.90 at 121.27 and that was an ugly run! Slow reaction time, clutch slipping and all. They kicked me off the track went I broke 12. Said I needed a "race jacket" and "arm restraints" to run again.
