Nice work guys,

you couldn't pay someone to that

Lovely work guys, I'm quite jealous.

Makes mine look VERY basic and I'm not happy about it!!!

I agree with you Mike the tail lights do need a cover, I need one, due to the tail lights I'm using being open in the back with the lamp exposed. Although it could be handy if you want a boot light, hit the brakes and presto!

I see your wheels have arrived. I like the knock offs, are those the Shelby series wheels?
Great work Andrew, thanks for the bender spec's I will be needing one NOW.

No Gav - they are my "period correct" American Racing Torque Thrust II's :D :D . Vintage series from American racing (like your Salt flats), but I think the only other style they made with the right offsets.

It does an OK job on 1.2mm aluminium but I wouldnt want to go much thicker. The large curve I just bent around a fence post till it was about right! I made up lots of cardboard templates first though.
The engine bay is next.

Yess! the cardboard template. Mine are all out of beer carton ( you have to empty them first) I almost have a complete Cobra made of cardboard !
