**)..**) Well I'm training each day with 70+ plus each day in the hills and on the flats. :MECOOL: Eating Maccas Deli Choice etc. Told my hill climbing will improve with weight loss. Each kilo - 2.2lb - is equal to a percentage improvement..:LOL: Think I need to get to my birth weight..:eek: |
