Mmmmm Reptyl what can I say...I'm looking to get back at you for that...

My friend Cadel is currently at 4 seconds of the podium. If he can keep this position, he will get up on the time trial as he hasw been working hard at this.

Yawwnnn yes staying up late watching the SBS..

Well I'm training each day with 70+ plus each day in the hills and on the flats.

Eating Maccas Deli Choice etc.

Told my hill climbing will improve with weight loss. Each kilo - 2.2lb - is equal to a percentage improvement..

Think I need to get to my birth weight..

Come to think of it Bernie, that "mankini" looks a lot like a pair of Golden Arches draped over one's shoulders. Talk about product placement!
