Default Sponsor Support

Thanks Pete,
Yes the details are official now.

There are a few things about the day:
The Regal gardens breakfast will be moved to Brad Garlic, where a beakfast can be purchased from the Lions club BBQ.

This is the event where as President, I will select cars to be included in the show judging at the Nationals. So if you have a new car, maybe you have given it a freshen up. This is the opportunity to show it off and for me to see it before that nationals.

There will be officials present for a Pre Nationals scruteneering check.

It is also a time for us to discuss the nationals, organise convoys and ask any questions you may have.

This event is very important, it is an opportunity to show one of our major sponsors that we truely appreciate what they do for us.

I will be there in the cobra and Karen in her mustang.

Thanks

Phil

Great work Pete,

I know you had a fair bit to do with this. The three of us will be to support the Club, but unfortunately, still Cobraless. It's still about 4 months off. Can't wait to get stuck into that 'beakfast' BBQ.

In the mean time, I'm working on 'feashening' up my left knee which was operated on last Thursday. They found a torn cartledge. Having the right one done in about 4 weeks.

Sorry Pres. I just couldn't resist it.

For those going to Catalina Park tomorrow, see you there.

Baz

Default Don't grab you tool too hard!

Richard,
Andrew does alright with the spanners, he has some unique ways to use his tools.

Like putting the body on with a grinder

Perhaps Phil "The Blue Oval" Mizzi could give me a Ford-based tutorial and Phil "Chevy" Neall could straighten out your short-comings

Lightbulb LHD Cobra at NSW Show and Shine

Mando,

Here is another photo I took of that Cobra. It won 2nd prize in the Show and Shine. The owner won't take it out if it looks like rain and definately won't be putting it on the circuit at Wakefield. What a shame...

Baz

It was a top day with 37 Cobras and 4 GT40's and a great lead-in to the Nats.

Regards Baz.

RESULTS OF SHOW AND SHINE

1st Dennis Russell.
2nd Chris Sammut.
3rd Stefano Greco.
Sponsors Choice Audley Lloyd.
Peoples Choice Phil Mizzi.
Best GT40 Dimi Terlecky.

Hi Tenrocca, thanks for all the photos, looks like it turned out to be a great show. Can you tell us anything about the blue Cobra in the 7th photo? The LH drive without a numberplate. Do you have anymore photos?

Regards.

I'd like to thank the members for supporting this event, we had over 40 cars that really did "show and shine" they are a credit to the huge effort put in.
Thanks again NSW I look forward to the next one.
