Almost there Mate. Engineering is a funny thing ,they allways seem to find something you haven't thought about or forgot completely about.

My FFR Coupe was Engineered last weekend. I have/had a few items to fix and change.
1- I had to fit external door handles (what a bugger)
2- I had to jack the front of the car as high as it could go so the headlight
height complies.
3- I had to swap door mirrors for flat mirror items from convex
5- I had to fit padding to the rollbars.
6- I had to change the front brake master cylinder from 3/4 to 5/8 to get the
front tyres to lock. it went from .63 of a G to .8 with the change.

So other than those few items all went well. The noise test came in at 87db so I was happy with my choker under body exhaust.

A job can't be considered complete until that horn goes in, Stiffy. Good luck

These ones

They are alloy items from Summit.
I did not want to fit something like a Commodore handle or similar, I wanted something that sort of could look periodish if you know what I mean. I still don't know if I like them......

Hi Bernie
I guess it has taken approx 6-7 months give or take. It's not me that has made the build quick it's the FFR complete kit , I know I have said it before but when you have every nut, bolt, vehicle system sitting on the selve waiting for you it makes a car build very quick. I have had a ball building this
car and it drives very well.

I have been slowed down this week as I slipped a disc in my back on friday arvo and have been in great pain......

What handles are you going to use Stiffy? What else do you have to do?

I am still out with bad back, it's killing me, I have a car ready to go over the pits with all approvals I can't do anything about it.

Merry Christmas to all...

They don't look too bad but to make them look better . I reckon you should recess them to make them flush with the body and paint them the body colour.
Just an idea !
