Onya Ace --we'll never know who's coming to visit us with all that in front of you

Congrats on your committee posting Chunky --good to see a bit of young blood step up to the plate-- at last.

Re:- Muscle Car madness week --to make a week of it for any of the Southerners? there's the Muscle Car show down at QR then 2 days R&R then full day practice at Morgan Park then 2 days R&R then watch 2 days of 'A' series sprints at MP in nice warm Queensland winter sunshine as the finale.

Talking What a sight.

I cant Wait to see a dozen cobras and 4 or 5 gt40s line up on the grid at Qr then let em loose how cool will it look and sound. we need as many in car videos and videos around the track so we can put together a dvd for the event.
I heard a few of the softer ones wanted regularity but it is probably better than regularity because all the fast cars take off and leave the high fibre guys to do there thing . They have few laps to get going before they get lapped if at all so the amount of danger for the high fibre guys will be reduced also the club members are more likely to give you a bit more space than one of those mad mx5 drivers (no offence Quincy).

Like i said cant wait it will be a top event bring sunscreen.

Talking Wide Load

I think a few of you may have trouble passing the cobra now after widening the front suspension 12" to match the rear track i had to widen the front guards another 3.5 " a side to cover the tyres . i also lowerd it all round 2" now its starting to look like a bad asp. its now 77" wide across the the front which is 11" wider than a standard cobra.
( Aprox so any anal cobrafiles have a go at me for the width.)

it should be very stable at least.

Question Now which turbo???

Ok Matt i have 2 x t 70 700Hp turbos or do you think the Single Gt45 1000Hp turbo should be enough???
Problem is, it was hard enough to fit the 4" exhaust how are we going to fit a5" or 6" exhaust. I guess we could just leave the 4" and hope for the best might choke it back a bit to 900Hp.

Yeah, I doubt you guys will have to worry about getting passed too often. I thought the only reason you guys fitted a rear vision mirror was to see how fast the cars you passed disappeared into the distance.

Isn't Paul's little RCR SL-R still wider.

Exclamation More HP

Hey Craig there is plenty of cobras and gt 40s with more power than the black 7 . I would be happy to have it go around a corner without trying to spin out on me. it was a real hand full at the nationals i am hoping for an improvement of around 50 % in handling.
Sent my entry of this morning.
