I installed mine (Shell Valley) behind the glove box on the passenger side. It mounts to the firewall.

Tom;

It mounts with a bracket and a clamp to the 2" square upper cross member at the top of the firewall on the right side about 6 inches inboard.. If you want I will crawl under the dash tomorrow to snap a picture for you. Let me kknow.

Tom, Fred has one for sale. Real cheap. Only been run over once!

(Sorry Fred. I've been in one of those moods!)

Talking OK You got me..

Well it all boils down to a serious case of stupid.... I was in such a hurry to go out and make some smoke that I didn't do my walk around like I should have... But live and learn. The wiper motor is now qualified. It can't hold up to 2500 lbs.. Just in case anyone wanted to know

Well, it is the bracket that mounts the wiper motor to the frame rail that I really need anyways. I am assumint that that probably stayed put in the car. I already have the motor. Hmm, sounds like your motor survived, otherwise I might have an excuse not to mount wiper and go with a temporary wiper.
