4500 miles with no clutch cable breaks!
Since my previous record was 2500 miles, I'm willing to call this quadrant thing a solution.
I think I'll continue to carry a spare cable in the trunk, though. ;) Regards, Alan |

B&B clutch cable
The cable that we use is from Ford motor sport it is part # M7553c302 maybe the local Napa dealer could convert this number over to pioneer or their store brand, I hope this will help.

The NAPA part number for this clutch cable is 615-1268 (about $65).

I sell the Mustang OEM Ford cable for $40.00. It works perfect with the firewall adjustable quadrant kit I developed back in 1995.... All the adjustable cables failed and the Mustang OEM stock cable was already functioning well and has always been readily available. |
