I found something I don't like as musch as body work. The interiior! I am not too worried about the carpet because it isn't very nice. I figured I would just get it going and later have a shop in Hillsdale make me some nice carpet.
My map pocket turned out good. There is a pic in my gallery. I suppose everbody uses some other than B&B supplied seat belts? Sitting in the passenger seat the fastener is in a pretty bad place.

I agree the interior was difficult. Needed to make quite a few patterns and panels for fill and cover all the gaps. Used dynamat over most of the interior. Purchased high end carpet and had it sewed and steamed to fit. Actually made plywood floor boards and glued the carpet to them so I can pull them out if they get wet. I will post a few pics when I get time. It would have been nice to have a manual. Seems nobody has posted much on how to do an interior.

B&B wanted $600 for carpet and pad to replace mine. Local auto upholstery shop did the whole car with upgraded carpet and pad for $700. Included custom fit floor mats and the tunnel done in material that matches the seats and dash, also with pleats to match the seats. Came out great, just some ideas to throw at you.

The interior was the most miserable and unrewarding part of the whole build. Cheap material and patters just drawn on large sheets of "carpeting" (loose term). One day I will get a proper interior installed.

That's the one thing B&B is bad about they use to have uphoustry shop do their work brian has his wife doing it now and it is crap. They use cheap carpet they need to go back to who they use to use. I called karen at B&B and asked who did their carpet she told me and they are great and freindly and they delivered to my house themselves very profational. And they are in grandby also.

I updated and posted a few pics to my build site. Showed carpet layout. For the tunnel, doors, floor , and side areas made hardboard panels, glued on insulation and carpet. A lot of cut and fit but it is looking pretty good.
