Purchase questions

Gentleman,

I am seriously considering a Backdraft roadster and have a few questions.

1. Is there cabin heat problem? I am in Fl and do not want to be broiled!
2. Is there anything specific I need to watch for when purchasing a used roadster.
3. What is current market price( sold, not asking) for low mileage / later vin car?
