Ladies and gentlemen, I give you....1079
Reg, Frank, Craig, and the crew really did a phenomenal job on this one. It is making its way across the country now.
Coyote under the hood, 18" polished wheels, and Wilwood brakes on the corners. A coyote in snake's clothing (TM)!! :) http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...d=6852&thumb=1 http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...d=6848&thumb=1 http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...d=6850&thumb=1 http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...d=6851&thumb=1 http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...d=6854&thumb=1 http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...d=6855&thumb=1 http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/pict...d=6853&thumb=1 |
Very nice! That Coyote motor looks very much at home underhood of your car.
|
Very nice job....looks like it came out of Ford's factory...great fit.
|
Looks very nice, congrats! I like the interior :) (we got brown leather in ours too)
That engine cover, is it covered in carbon fiber effect wrap or did they make a carbon fiber solid piece for that car? I'm asking because I have never seen one, and it looks good. |
I love the look of the whole car, especially the engine compartment. Now, about those red belts! If I owned the car, I might switch to black ones. But, since I don't own the car, I can only be envious of having a Backdraft. I miss mine terribly.

Great looking, I like the interior.
That would look amazing in an alll Black Cobra. TR |
Love it, can't wait to see it live at Cars and Coffee
|
Really nicely finished and photographed. Love the tan leather interior. If I give my car another makeover, jet black with a tan interior is currently top of the list.

Thank you all for the complements.
I am a fan of the red seat belts, as I think they give it a more "race car" appeal. I took a completely "modern" approach to this car. From the engine, to the tires, brakes and wheels, I wanted the beautiful classic look, with the convenience and reliability of modern day automotive engineering. I had a vision when I started this journey, and together we made it a reality. I learned a lot through this process, and developed some great relationships with people all across the country. Thank you for that. Happy Holidays to everyone. Chad |
Have you guys seen the "Ghost Cam Tune" for the Coyote engine? I was just listening to some on youtube and they sound so cool. I guess they are only a tune. Wish I had a Coyote to play with!

No Rich, not yet. It just left on Wednesday. It is arriving Monday evening! Looks like I will be returning about the same time as the car gets there. I'll definitely be there next Saturday!
