Default Brakes?

Hi... I have build number 785, built in the summer of 2009. Does anyone know what brakes are on the car? The alignment spec sheet I have shows "BMW 3 Series E36 1992-1999 : 325i : Series : 1995". So, to get brake parts should I use 1995 325i?

As always, thanks for the info.

Fronts are likely E46. Rears you have to see if the rotors are solid or vaned.

Default Brakes and E36?

Thanks Cashburn.I'll pull the wheels and check.

So, (pardon my ignorance), I thought the Backdrafts had an E36 suspension. Do they still? Did they change? Which part(s) are E36 and which parts aren't?

That's time I don't have to explain... there's a blend of E30, E36, and E46 on there.

I have Backdraft #874 and have lost, misplaced or never got the alignment specifications.

Is there a standard to use and is it build specific?

Guys, if you haven't checked "Backdraftboys" you may want to. I'm pretty sure all of those questions are answered somewhere there. If not, then Mike at Backdraft (Iconic) parts in FL can get you going the right way. 561-327-4944
