Default Steering shaft collar

In an attempt to fix my steering wheeling binding on my turn signal, I loosened the front collar on the steering shaft to get a little more length on the shaft. But it was a little to much so some of the ball bearings that fit on a rubber collar on the shaft dropped on the floor and I lost some of them. I'm not sure I had all to begin with. Any idea for a source or what this is called? Thanks.

Couldn't find any numbers. I'll check some BMW parts sites to see if I can find it. Thanks.
