side pipe rattling

Mine also rattles when I am going slow. It probably rattles all the time, you just can not hear it going at some speed. I was told that the baffle is a straight through fiberglass pipe with holes in it. It sits in the side pipe loose. That the rattle is normal. I really do not know for sure.
