Took delivery of the beast today at the Backdraft factory! First time I’ve seen the new engine cover. The car looks incredible in real life!

Congrats with the collection, and great to bump into you there!
Glad to see you were able to get the car up onto that trailer.. was a nasty looking steep ramp.

Agree that the engine cover really works on this lexus engine, and the textured paint scheme on it even more.

On a different topic: I might actually start a build-log myself on this forum too, you've motivated me

Great to meet you at the factory today too, Jasper. Please let us know when you start your log so that we can follow it...

Some of the incredibly talented and proud team at the Backdraft factory that worked on the car.

After watching the video, has anyone shown you how to get into a Cobra and not burn your leg? Not messing with you at all. As I watched your bare calf rub over that still cool side pipe I actually flinched.

Ha! I thought the same thing. I always tell people-- the good news is that you will only burn yourself once.

Loved your video, noticed the standard seats belts and concluded it wasn't you.
Love your Country too

A little video clip I should have posted earlier. The first time (in my presence) that the car saw the light of day! Taken on the day I took delivery...

I have the same colour scheme as you, but with the "boring" black interior, the interior of your car is stunning, if I ever do a remake will also look into that. Happy motoring!
