Have to admit, I am jealous of the car culture in Cali. Friends send pics from local Cars and Coffee events and there is a lot of exotic iron on the Coast. But then I look at the cost of living there vs Missouri and that kinda takes the sting out of it. I mean, I would have to sell my Backdraft to afford to live there! At least here I can be a One Man Car Show on the rural backroads.

It’s worth a visit if you are ever out this way. The San Clemente Cars and Coffee draws several hundred cars each week. All kinds. A few weeks ago we had a junk yard build. A Cobra body on a Tesla model 3 chassis. A FrankenCar for certain. But hats off to the guy who built it. We also get celebs like the guys from DDE. More then anything it’s a great crowd of people there to enjoy automobiles. |

I received the SB100 on my 2011 BDR build back in January of this year. Did it myself and I have to say that it required a lot of patience and persistence. So glad I did it since it does add value to the car. Congrats on the new addition to the family.
