Not sure if you have tabs holding the extensions but if not you may want to consider them. Also are they louder than stock I have stock ones and I wish they were louder I know others would disagree but I like loud pipes.I have to say though they look great!

Be sure to put some sort of rear support towards the end of the side pipe, they will like it and in turn last longer for you.

Very nice! I am considering these pipes, question…
A-how much quieter are the touring than stock?

B-will the stock heat shields fit?

Thanks in advance

Vintage motorsports sells side pipes as well with different size muffler core. I have a 3" core from them and they are considerably louder than stock. They also sell a 2.5" core.

Say When! 09-21-2022 03:01 AM

Hi All , I have a 2022 Backdraft with a 427 Chevy. My mate bought exact same and we both have the most annoying rattling from the side pipes on deceleration and just above idle , not only is it anoying but embarrasing .
Anyone figure out a solution or alternative pipe that has removed this sound?
