Default PSA- FinishLine Accessories

I'm deeply frustrated to have to write this review about a small business, but I feel like I have no other choice. Despite knowing Finish Line's reputation for being slow, my recent experience takes it to a whole new level. I ordered wind wings from them in March 2022, and when they arrived a month later, one was scratched. Taylor assured me via email that a replacement would be shipped promptly, but despite numerous emails and countless phone calls (36 emails and 60 calls, yes I counted), I've yet to receive any resolution. Save yourself the hassle and avoid ordering from Finish Line at all costs!

Taylor- if you’re reading this perhaps owning a small business is not your forte. Kindly put it up for sale and maybe one of us can buy it and support the community of cobra enthusiasts!

There has been enough written about Finishline that you should have known better than to engage with them/him. Notwithstanding the many warnings on this site not to do so, the fact that you chose to engage speaks volumes about your ability to value or learn from the experiences of those who preceded you and attempted to warn you before you were disadvantaged.

For the most part, the rest of us learned the lesson you just paid tuition to learn years ago. Some students must repeat a grade before they can internalize the knowledge their instructors attempted to share with them. It seems you might just be a little slow on the draw ...

He generally responds promptly after the 61st call.

I knew better as I had purchased from him before… it’s like gambling, sometimes you lose but sometimes you win… haha.

I was just trying to give him the benefit of the Covid hangover he claimed to have from supply chain. It’s unfortunate because I heard the original owners were fantastic.

Well I’m not repeating this grade again

Two years and you haven't received the replacement?

The issues with them are well documented here. Even in 2022 a search would have made it clear that you're not going to be happy with the outcome.

I know it won't help with your original order. Just find a local company that does plexi glass. Took my set in to them as I wanted the smoked/tinted look. They cut them to size and drilled holes for simple install.

A couple of years ago I walked into BDR Boynton Beach to buy parts and they actually had glass wind wings. They weren't advertised on the Iconic site, but they had them in stock so I bought a pair. You might want to give them a call.

I got my last ones from Shell Valley and received them pretty much immediately.
