I have the same issue... I am going to email reg and see what I can do, I think @ this point I have actually stripped the set screw.... it sucks, I don't like it @ all... I would like to get a replacement and then I will drill a set dimple for it...

Boudy - have you had to replace one of these before, does it suck?
