How much for a BDR

Hi everyone. I have been looking for a Cobra on and off for about 2 years. I have settled on the BDR. I was curious if I do the install on the engine and trans how much will it cost to complete. I am talking a simple 302 around 300 hp and a Tremac 3550. I am guessing 34K complete. Does this sound about right?
