Default Glove Box

Does anyone have experience with purchase and installation of a glovebox in a BDR? Mama wants a place for her sunglasses, lipstick, hair ribbons, kleenex etc...I've been strongly urged to "look into one"......might be easier to remove the passenger seat

That's where the heater goes. (It only blows down on the passenger's knees, anyway.)

Lipstick? Kleenex?

That's why we got the Expedition.

Just kidding, a worthwhile install. (unlike the heater)

I have msd box there, and the heater runs a duct to the drivers side and works great, I put a leather bag my wife made for me on the back wall with velcrow, and use this for holding small things.
call backdraft they should be able to help. ED

Map pockets and under the passenger seat bottom for any paperwork (registration and insurance).

Wolfeman,

Check "Finish Line" (a CC advertiser) website. Under cockpit accessories they show a glove box. I have one in my car. It is functional, hard plastic with a lock and key. Just OK appearance, leather covered would be better. But, it installed well and is sturdy.

I saw the Finish Line box but thought it looked "unfinished" in plastic. Is it similar to the system they'd install at Backdraft had I asked for one?

Anything that won't fit into the door pockets is excess. Rich [bachelor]

Hell Rich, when I was a bachelor, I'd have filled both door pockets with condoms alone!

Wolfeman,

And you are worried about what the glove box looks like? Bye the way, were those new or used condoms?

They'd have been new....just one, ultra-mega-large-manly-jumbo in each map pocket. Two would have stretched the leather.
