BDR on ebay as a CSX0044

You can see a cool BD in ebay described as a "Shelby by Backdraft" including the chassis plate with CX 0044......and a big "Manufactured by Shelby American"...... Perhaps Tony, Reg, Jay,.... are working for Carrol and we dont knew

Just sent the seller an email (of course I will on in a hundred emails

) I also notified Ebay - let's see what happens now.

I sent the seller an e-mail earlier and he replied to me, but not on the e-bay add and said they traded for the car and the owner told him it was a Backdraft, but he said since it had the Shelby tag, he considered it a SHELBY, but admitted he did not know very much about Cobras, real or replicas...........

I responded by telling he'd better learn reallllll quick or he just might get hisself into a "little" trouble for false advertising and possibly fraud...........

I sure hope the Shelby folks see the add and take action..............

I assume the original owner tried to be tricky, bought a "Shelby sticker" and put his Backdraft Chassis number on it. Probably #44 Backdraft. The dealer should know this, but maybe not. Nice looking car in any case.

The seller has e-mailed me again saying he is pulling the plug on this today, seems he has received a ton of e-mails about it and may be getting a little "scared" about the way he's got it listed...............
