Richard,
I have received pre-registration from 7 others from Florida already (Dennis Brunton is the only name I remember). I can assure you will enjoy every minute of your time at Run and Gun this year. There is something for everyone from the massive amount of track time to the special seminars and the Happy Hours that occur in the pits at the end of the day.
I hope you can make it but I would encourage you to get your registration in asap because we are cutting registration off at 80 cars. Of course you know that your registration includes all three days on the track, a special anneversary t-shirt, Friday night banquet, Thursday seminar with Keith Craft, plus Paula at Finish Line is sending some complimentry gifts to be given away. Also, we expect to have gift certificates from a National Speed Parts supplier to the Champion of each event (road course, autocross, and drags).
Send me an email if you have any questions. An added benifit is the added set up session seminar and Test and Tune time on the track on Wednesday. The cost for the Wednesday session is $100. Wednesday's T&T session is not included in the normal registration fee and is optional.

Clois,
I think I am going to take some time to go to St. Louis as a spectator. Although my car is close to completed, it won't be ready....
Question...I assume I don't need to register if I am only coming to walk around and look at the cars, talk to folks, etc?

I will be there 3rd time in a row. I look forward to seeing some long time friends, meeting some new ones, and having some fun on the track.
See you all there, Texas to St Louis.

As a spectator you would not have to register. Just come down and enjoy the event. The weekend pass is $20 or one day is $10. There will be a lot of manufacturers there this year and i am sure there will be a lot to see.

It's getting close, only James?? I'm a little suprised and a little disappointed. With all the talk and testosterone floating around here, you would think there would be a little more interest from us BDR guys.
Oh well, you would think.......

I have attended the last two years as a spectator and it really is fascinating as well as a lot of fun. The long range weather forecast for the area (if you can trust the "experts") looks good. I have been able to meet a lot of interesting people and learned a ton information to help me with my ever continuing build, if you are on the fence about whether or not you should go, jump in, you will enjoy the he!! out of it. Maybe I can meet some of you guys and put some faces with the names, hope to see you folks there.

Excellent Jay, looking forward to meeting you and James. The long range weather forcast for the end of the week looks a little chilly, low in the very low 30s. A little different from here, lows in the high 70s

I'll be there all week. Look for the Red/Black BDR. I'd be happy to give some of you guys some test rides as well around the track.
Look forward to meeting you all...

James,
It looks like you and I will be running in the same class, Mod BB. What are you running for tyres and brakes?
Cheers,
Richard

I'm running the BF Goodrich R1 tires. They are relatively new to the market and they are dot legal. I have the standard brakes for the E36 with upgraded pads. I have the race springs and new TMS sway bars front and rear.
It should be some fun. Look forward to meeting you.
Bests, James

I just firmed up plans to attend on Thursday. Wish I could stay longer, but oh well, I am really looking forward to just being there.
I am visiting Huricane the evening before, so it should be a good Cobra week. Perfect timing as I am just about ready to lay down a deposit...just haven't made the final decision on what kit yet. I have visited Lonestar, ERA and FFR so far.
I'll be the 6'6" tall guy with wide eyes and maybe some drool

The weather I am looking at is no where near 30 degrees! Maybe low in the upper 50's and 75 to 80 during the day.

Mark, I'd be happy to have you come and try out the Cobra for size. If you need any help while you are there on Thursday, just give me a hollar!

Thanks James.
I will take you up on the offer for a "butt fit" test. I am pretty well set on home building, but I am still open to all options.
See you there,

Weatehr wise, you are right on. Accuweather has revised their long range forecast, and probably will do again. It just looks better and better.
See you guys there
