Thanks for your kind words. I hoped I could one day sell you a BDR again since you were always a good voice for what they are and what they could be (and have become). Though you'd have to move out of Texas now to buy one from me.

We do what we can. Our involvement and customer base from the forums opens us up to a lot more criticism (and praise) and so far we are balancing it all I think.

There are some great examples (and brothers) that have given us a model to follow. A very challenging industry to work in, and very nerve racking calling it your livelihood. I hope this year can be the BIG one and allow us to get to "phase 2"
