Nice pics, looks like a great time. for those of us who missed it, what was the schedule of events? besides meeting Mr. Shelby, tasting some wine, viewing some fine cars, and enjoying DenBeste's hospitality, what else did we miss? It looks like one of the girls was reaching for a raffle ticket.

Yes, there were 3 things given away: A Denbeste T-shirt, a bottle of Zin from Carroll Shelby label, and a signed die-cast (1:18 scale) blue Cobra.
Overall, I was DAMN happy I went. My buddy Chris also had a picture taken with CS too but didn't post it since I didn't ask his permission. I will say some of the cars that were driven to the event were pretty awesome as well but that Blue Toronado is something I could see myself rolling in!!! |
I am kind of glad I didn't go. I would not have been able to leave again.... That looks like a dream to me :)
I would LOVE to get my hands on 1 of those die-cast Cobras. When I get back home, I will post the models I have right now. :) |
