Front License Plate Violations in the South Bay
Both my brothers who live in Southern California told me about the chicken shix fix-it tickets the cops have been issuing in SoCal. Well, it sounds like the revenue generating scheme in migrating North to San Jose. 
I read this in the Action Line column in the SJ Mercury the other day.
"Recently I was filling up my vehicle at a gas station on Blossom Hill Road near Harwood Road on the Los Gatos border. I observed about half dozen San Jose police officers pulling over drivers for not having a front license plate. They pulled over at least four while I was getting gasoline. As I was leaving the gas station I was pulled over for not having a front plate."
