I am going to help my son inlaw first thing tomorrow morning. So Sunday will work best for me. Could do Alices and possibly stop by Willow Glen??

Looks like we have (2) threads for this weekend ... Saturday 9/8 a few of us will meet at Baji's in Mountain View at 8:00 am for breakfast, hopefully more will join us.
For Sunday 9/9 that's still undecided. Two possibilities so far are Alice's for breakfast or Willow Glen Car Show & Food Drive.

Sounds good, let's meet in Saratoga ... have breakfast and then for those that have time head to Willow Glen. What time do you want to meet ... 7:45 am and roll at 8:00 am ?

Missed you on Sunday ... three of us made the run up to Alice's from Saratoga, roads were dry. Hope you can make it next time.
We wound up not going to Willow Glen, perhaps next year ?

Yes, I feel like I dropped the ball on Sunday because the whole thing was my idea and at the last minute my schedule became crazy with the wife and kids leaving for vacation so by the time I finally got to my computer it was too late. I'm definitely looking forward to next time though. Just out of curiosity, when the meet time is 7:45-8, what time would we wrap up for the day? ( if its just a drive and breakfast)

A typical run to Alice's is usually the following:
- Meet in Saratoga around 7:45
- Roll about 8:00
- Arrive at Alice's about 8:30 ?
- Breakfast is about an hour to hour and a half, depending on how much chit chat there is.
- Head down the hill around 10:00 ... so that would put you back home before 11:00 depending on where you live and which way you go.
Once in a while, some of the guys will head out to the coast, so that would put you back home mid afternoon.
Want to try again this weekend ?

If we do meet on Saturday (9/15), we would be at Alice's around 8:30 am. Keep checking this thread, let's see if pliot_guy can make it ... hopefully so.

Sorry for the delay guys ! I think I can make either day work (though there is a chance I might not be able to join the group for the drive back from Alice's, depending on the direction everyone goes.) I am very excited though, and a little nervous, as this will be my longest drive with the cobra. So far I've just driven it to work and back.

Let's meet in Saratoga at 7:45 and leave at 8:00. If the fog / marine layer up on the hill is thick, we can take Hwy 280 to Hwy 84, then up to Alice's.
Then after breakfast it should be clear enough to take Skyline (Hwy 35) back down to Hwy 9 and into Saratoga.
