Gene, you need to work on that gas mileage. I am getting 16 to 18 with the 514. I'm not sure who stopped on the side of the freeway when we were in traffic. Hope everything was ok. We were stuck in the fast lane. Chuck, you say I drive fast. Doug and I had a heck of a time catching up to you. Scott |

I was driving slower through San Rafael to try and save you from a ticket. :LOL: I thought you, Gene, and Chuck had taken a different route. After 280/Foothill College, Chuck was GONE. :D |

My 482 can get very thirsty and those dual carbs don't help...I exited at 116 W on the way home to get a splash of gas in case I encountered traffic getting over the bridge. 14 gallons went in during that pit stop and I left S.F. with a full tank yesterday! Oh well, at least the slow down allowed me to join the Cobra caravan coming into the city :LOL: Did you guys take a wrong turn leaving Denbeste or did you need some fuel too? I saw Chuck waiting on the side of the road just before the Santa Rosa traffic on 101. |

We stopped at that exit to get gas. I filled up Friday night in San Jose. The only time I stopped to get gas was up there by Santa Rosa. I almost got 13 gallons. Not to bad!:o Scott |
