Peter Brock at Monterey Historics
I had a great time this weekend at the Monterey Historic races. I found a really cool wall mural of the Daytona coupes being assembled at the airport in LA in 65. After I purchased it I ran into Peter Brock. He went out of his way to come over and Autograph it for me...How Cool is That!!!!. What a great guy and I think he Really enjoyed it as he spent twenty minutes telling me the history of the picture and what was going on when it was taken. It was something I'll never forget!. He also Autographed my WSCB shirt!

DTurnbull, very nice job with those pics. Thanks for sharing!
Greg - Very cool piece you picked up there. The autograph was just icing on the cake. Now you just need to get Shelby to sign it right beside Pete's signature. |
Wow, those CAN-AM cars look like new! I was always a fan of those cars. I hope to go next year. Just hope Bob and Peter are still around!

Thanks!
& yes, the McLarens were beautiful! I've been hooked on those since childhood when my father took me to Riverside in 1968. :) |
