Breakfast Saturday The 4th

Hey All,

Chuck or maybe it was Dave, said I had to start the thread for breakfast. So here it is! We should take a run up to Alice's for breakfast Saturday.

If no rain, I would be up for it - better check the forecast. Tom :(

lets do it!

Sounds good to me.

Yahoo shows "few showers" on Saturday.

Accuweather says abundant sunshine. I'm sticking with Accuweather! :D

7:30 am at the 76 Station in Saratoga.

PANAVIA 09-30-2008 04:10 AM

I have $20$ on accuweather to win place or show.

scootter 09-30-2008 02:24 PM

7:30 am at the 76 station it is!

Breakfast it is... depending upon the weather! :D
Hey, I have some tequila left over.... ;)

Dave V 09-30-2008 05:38 PM

It sounds good to me. I'm going to stop at Starbuck's on Kosser if anyone wants to meet there. I figure it will take 20 minutes to get to Saratoga, so I'll leave about 7:10.

See you Sat., weather permitting.

1 hour for breakfast
45 minutes drive back to Milpitas

I think I can make it

Dave,

I figured you sold your car! There is a Starbucks at the corner of Saratoga ave across the street from the 76 station. We could meet there a bit earlier for java.

Tim,

Just tell us what you want for breakfast, and will order for you!!

Sounds good. I'll try and make it to Starbucks early to top off my caffeine levels.

We always say that we're going to meet at 7:30 am...but that's usually when the group is sprinting to their cars for the "Le Mans" start.

I had to drive the cobra to work yesterday just because it had been so long since it had been out of the garage. There have been too many vacations, and Saturday commitments for the last couple of months. Hopefully it's back to free weekends and cobra time.

I'll meet you all at the 76 a little early so I can get my coffee.

See you then

Hey Gents,

Sorry, but I have to drop out. This is homecoming week at the high school. I was informed last night that there is a parade Saturday morning at 8:00 am, and my senior daughter is in it. So that's where I'll be. My other daughter has a soccer tournament this weekend also. The first game isn't till 12:30 though, and the football game at 1:30 and the dance at 7:00. **)**)**)

Have fun and drive safe!!

Scott,

My youngest is a HS senior this year as well, in marching band and scouts ... so I know how schedules can get complicated! I like your approach ... family first, but squeeze in some car time when you can ..... :)

I'll bet that Scott (with copilot) has put over 800 miles on his car in the last 2 weeks. :)

I'm back east this week and next, so won't make breakfast. See you all next time.

scootter 10-02-2008 11:29 AM

Thats about right. We did about 600 to Tahoe, and what ever it was last Friday.
I took some time last night and put the new clutch pedal in. What a pain in the a$$.

If it rains as forecast on Saturday, anyone up for Bucks in Woodside or Alice's (with the motorcycles) at 8 AM on Sunday?

Tom
