The "round bellies" :D (aka hot rodders) arrive as early as 3:00 pm. You should plan on being there around 4:00 pm...no later than 4:30 pm. They get a pretty good crowd and a nice selection of cars.
I might go again this week.

People seem to come and go, but it's packed after 4:30 pm. I left at 6:45 pm and only a few cars were leaving. |
