Club Autosport (San Jose) - Show 'n Shine this Sat. 8/22/09
Scott, Doug and a few other guys are talking about attending this event in South San Jose this Saturday. Any other takers - wanna meet for breakfast before? It would be great to drive in together in order to secure adjacent parking. NorCal SAAC also has this on their website but they are not sponsoring it.

Sounds good to me. Should we plan on arriving around 9:00 am when it kicks-off? It looks like Club Autosport is also looking for a headcount, so those who want to go can register (free) via the link above. No idea where to eat though. Maybe someplace near 280 and 880? |
We plan on coming out. It sounds like some of the Norcal Shelby guys are meeting at the parking lot at 1st st and Charcot at 830, leaving at 850. Do you guys just want to meet there and all drive in together?

Breakfast sounds complicated so lets plan on meeting with the Shelby Club group at 1st and Charcot between 8:30 and 8:45 and head over the couple of blocks with them. CAS will be serving coffee and donuts to help start the day.
Andrei, it looks like there are several parking lots at 1st and Charcot - do you know which one is the meeting spot? (there are only 4 corners so spotting the guys should not be a problem **)). For those who don't know, CAS (Charcot) is between 101 and 880 about even with the San Jose airport. Tom P.S. be sure to RSVP so they have a head count. |

The information I will cut and paste below for everyone to see. I think we should try to meet up at 830-845, leave at 850. I expect Dennis to show up with Tony's SPF as well. It is not nesc. but would be cool if we lined our cars up by color and builder! I think it would blow all of the Corvette guys away!. Anyway, see you all there in the am. Andrei Has anybody talked about meeting to 'group up' for this Sat? I'll be at the corner of Charcot and N 1st Street - (large parking lot on the southwest corner)- at 8:30 am, in case anyone wants to meet up and arrive together for group parking. I'll wait until 8:50am. |

Andrei - I am not sure how many Cobras will be in attendance - we can certainly try to make such an arrangement. At the moment it only looks like a handful. See you between 8:30 and 8:45.
