HOpe you guys can give me some of your wisdom and guidance...

I have a 350 SBC and I am looking to increase HP etc..

I could stroke it to a 383... or

What about the 400 block.. Can that be increased (stroked). What would be the best combination in a 400 block without spending too much $$$$ ie crank, stroke etc....

Your help appreciated..
