Cobra Make, Engine: 302. 1992 build

Bulldog here again it has been a while since last post. Hava guestion about what deg.

Just pulled out rad for check and repair , has leak . engine is 302. Car runs about 180 on highway but in traffic gets pretty warm. Thermostat is 160 should it be a 180 ? I fell like. I need a better puller fan withmore cm. A302 should not bee to hard to cool . any feed back would be great thanks.
