Classic Roadster's have a very unique (One-of-a-kind) headlight trim ring, 1/4-1/2" wider than a standard size 7" chrome trim ring to fit the fender line. if I hadn't found a pair (NOS) rings for mine, I was going to look into the 60-70's trim rings for Class 8 trucks (KW, Pete, Freights) that had a wider headlight buckets. Have you ever test fit these or known anyone to test fit them? I ask because I'm building a CR now and wonder if I should consider doing some modifications now and be able to find a part in the future rather than hunting for a non-existent NOS part...
